CELEBRATION OF CHILDREN'S DAY

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you that the School Management and all members of staff have organized the Children’s Day Celebration on Friday, 14th November 2025. The program will include various exciting events such as a Talking Doll Show, Magic Show, and Cultural Performances for the students’ enjoyment.

All parents are requested to send their ward(s) to school in sober colourful dress. Light refreshments will be provided to all students; however, they may also bring their own tiffin from home.

The school will follow its regular winter timing as mentioned below:

• Playgroup to Kindergarten: 8:20 a.m. – 12:00 noon

You may be aware that visiting an industrial place is always beneficial for Commerce and Economics students to understand various production and market-related concepts. Moreover, as per CBSE guidelines, it is compulsory for students to undertake such industrial visits in order to gain practical exposure and relate theoretical knowledge to real-life business and economic situations.

Keeping this view in mind, it has been decided that the students of Class XI & XII (Commerce) and Class XI & XII (Economics Students) will be taken to BALAJI NIRYAAT PVT. LTD., Ganesh Complex, Bombay Road, Panchla, Howrah on 14th November'25 (Friday).

Departure: The students will arrive to the school as per their normal winter timing i.e. 8:20 AM. We will start for the destination at 8:30 A.M. from school premises.

Return: The expected arrival timing is 7.30 PM.

Tiffin, lunch and refreshment will be provided to the participating students.

All the parents/guardians of the school are hereby notified that the Burdwan Branch of the NGO Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, which is widely known for its work in the field of personal transformation and spiritual awareness through meditation and self-development, has requested to hold a programme on our school premises on Friday, 7th November 2025, with their international delegates, to mark the 25^th anniversary of the branch.

 The school management has kindly consented to this request, considering the social and educational value of such an event.

Therefore, regular school activities for all the classes will remain suspended on the said date (Friday, 7th Nov’25) to facilitate the smooth conduct of the seminar.

Please note that the Friday class routine will be followed on Saturday, 8th November 2025, for classes I to XII.

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Excursion for the students of Classes Playgroup to I has been organized on Saturday, 15^th November 2025. The participating students will be taken to explore the spectacular places of Burdwan Town and its surroundings.

Departure: 9:00 A.M. from school premises. The students will arrive to the school as per their normal winter timing i.e. 8:20 AM.

 Return: They will be dispersed at 3:30 PM from the school.

Tiffin and lunch will be provided to the participating students.

Regular class activity will remain suspended for those classes on the day of excursion.

A sufficient number of teaching and non-teaching staff will accompany the students to ensure their safety and supervision. In light of this, and as an integral component of the academic curriculum, we urge you to grant your ward the opportunity to benefit from this valuable and enriching experience!
