সরস্বতী পূজা উপলক্ষে দিনের কর্মসূচি নিম্নরূপ—

• সকাল ৯:০০টা – শ্রী শ্রী সরস্বতী পূজা
• সকাল ১০:৩০টা – পুষ্পাঞ্জলি
• দুপুর ১২:০০টা থেকে – সকল ছাত্রছাত্রী, অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকা ও শুভানুধ্যায়ীদের জন্য প্রসাদ বিতরণ
• দুপুর ১:০০টা থেকে – শুধুমাত্র ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্য ভোগ বিতরণ
• বিকেল ৫:৩০টা – সন্ধ্যা আরতি
• সন্ধ্যা ৬:২০টা – শীতল ভোগ

অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকাবৃন্দের সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে জানানো হচ্ছে—

• ছাত্রছাত্রীদের বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিতির সময় যথারীতি সকাল ৮:২০টা।
• ছুটি হবে বিকেল ৩:৩০টায়।
• যেসব ছাত্রছাত্রী বিদ্যালয় পরিবহন পরিষেবা গ্রহণ করে, তাদের জন্য পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা চালু থাকবে।
• শৃঙ্খলা ও নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার্থে ঐদিন বিকেল ৪:০০টা পর্যন্ত বিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্রছাত্রী ও তাঁদের অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকা ব্যতীত অন্য কারও প্রবেশ নিষিদ্ধ থাকবে।

এছাড়াও জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, শনিবার, ২৪ শে জানুয়ারি ২০২৬ তারিখে বিদ্যালয় ও ডে-বোর্ডিং বিভাগ সম্পূর্ণরূপে বন্ধ থাকবে।

This is to inform you that the Board Practical Examination 2026 for the subject Physics (042), which was scheduled to be held from 06 January 2026 to 09 January 2026, has been postponed due to the delay of dispatching of the answer sheets provided by the board for board practical examination-2026.

The revised dates for the Physics (042) practical examination will be notified through the notice uploaded on school website under reference number BMS-Gen/Corresp.25-26/38. Parents and students are requested to regularly visit the website for further updates.

This is to notify all concerned parents and guardians of the School that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the Annual Sports Meet 2026 of Burdwan Model School has been rescheduled within a single day on 16^th January 2026, Friday instead of 9^th and 10^th January as per the previous notice vide its number BMS-Gen/Corresp.25-26/37 on dated 19-12-2025.

The event will be conducted for the students from Playgroup to Class XII on the aforesaid revised date.

The Class wise time schedule and dress code for the events are as follows:-

Therefore, you are requested to follow the points given hereunder:-

• Refreshment will be provided to all the participants. Light Refreshment will also be provided to all the non- participants. However, you are requested to provide home-packed Tiffin for your ward.
• A food canteen with limited menu will be arranged nearby the sports field of the school at a reasonable cost, both for the students and guardians.
• Sports events will be organised for the willing parents/ guardians. 
• Day-Boarding classes will remain suspended on the day of the Sports Meet. 
• Both the school and Day-Boarding section will remain closed on 17^th January 2026 (Saturday).

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We delightfully bring to your kind notice that the 26^th Annual Cultural Festival MESMERIZE'25 is going to be celebrated on 20^th, 21^st, 22^nd & 23^rd December 2025 by all the students and the members of the staff of the different institutions under Oriental Association for Education and Research (Mother Society).

Like the previous year, out of the four days, this year also the school will celebrate for the first two consecutive days i.e., 20^th & 21^st December 2025.

In this regard, the Management has taken up the following decisions for your kind perusal:

• Date wise performance schedule:

• On 20^th& 21^st December 2025 (Saturday & Sunday) concerned participants and volunteers must arrive in the school premises at 11.00 a.m. for pre performance preparation. School Management will only take the responsibility of such students.
• The school will provide transport service to the participants and volunteers in accordance to the regular Bus/Cab stop. Therefore, those students who are not availing school transport service they may avail this service within that stipulated time.
• The school will also provide refreshment for participants and volunteers only.
• The school buses/vehicles will reach the school premises at 11.00 a.m. Therefore, those students who are availing regular transport service may also avail the service and should wait at their bus/vehicle stop accordingly.
• All the guardians of non-participating students are hereby suggested to take responsibility of their ward/wards to avoid any unwanted occurrence. 
• The Management will provide refreshment only to the participants and volunteers, that too the concerned guardians may give additional tiffin to their respective ward/wards.
• The programme will continue from 2.30 PM till 9.30 PM on both the days.
• Guardians of the participating students are requested to bring both their invitation card and the Parents' Card if they wish to take their wards before completion of the programme.
• All the buses/cabs will depart from the school only after the completion of the entire programme i.e., about 9.30 p.m. on both the days tentatively.
• All the Guardians are requested to attend the cultural festival on the concerned day to encourage the participants.
• The School & Day-Boarding will remain closed from 20^th December, 2025 to 24^th December, 2025 due to the celebration of different institutions under Oriental Association for Education and Research.
• Please note that, for security reasons, photography and videography are strictly prohibited, except when conducted by the school’s authorized photographer or videographer.

This is to inform all concerned parents/ guardians of the school that India Post has given their consent for organizing an Aadhaar MBU (Mandatory Biometric Update) Camp at our school premises from 1^st December to 6^th December 2025 only for the students.  During this period, students will have the opportunity to update or make necessary corrections to their Aadhaar details, if required. The camp will continue from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but transport facility will be available up to regular school dispersal timing i. e. 1:35 p.m. for those who avail it.

It is expected that Parents/guardians will accompany the students for the smooth accomplishments of the process.
