The presence of the student/ward is mandatory on the day of Report Card Distribution, as the Report Card will be handed over to the respective student in person.

Further, a Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) will be conducted on 11^th October, 2026 (Sunday) for the classes Play-Group to Class XII.

The PTM will provide an important opportunity for Parents/Guardians to discuss the academic performance, learning outcomes, attendance, behaviour, discipline, participation, social development, and overall progress of their ward.

Departure: The students will arrive at the school as per their normal summer timing i.e. 8:00 AM. We will start for the destination at 8:15 A.M. from school premises.

 Return: The expected arrival timing is 8.00 PM.

Tiffin, lunch and refreshment will be provided to the participating students.

It has been decided that during the return journey the students will be dropped off at some specific points. It may not match with the regular Bus/Cab stop of the regular school transport. Therefore, you are requested to co-operate with the management. The detail of such points along with the timings will be conveyed accordingly through Text Message / App. Notification.

A sufficient number of teaching and non-teaching staff will accompany the students to ensure their safety and supervision. In light of this, and as an integral component of the academic curriculum, we urge you to grant your ward the opportunity to benefit from this valuable and enriching experience!

Accordingly, all concerned Parents/Guardians are requested to visit the school, carefully verify the particulars and subject combination of their ward in the LOC, and deposit the applicable CBSE examination fee at the School Cash Section as per the schedule prescribed by the school / board.

Parents/Guardians are required to submit the applicable CBSE examination fee and complete the LOC verification on the date allotted to their ward’s class/section, as specified by the school.
