CODE OF CONDUCT
A. EVERY STUDENT MUST:
- Come to school in neat, clean and proper uniform with shoes well-polished.
- Be regular and punctual in attendance.
- Bring the school diary every day and maintain it properly.
- Attend the morning assembly without fail.
- Be honest in work and always considerate towards the rights and feelings of others.
- Be courteous and respectful towards parents, teachers, staff members, and visitors.
- Maintain discipline inside and outside the classroom.
- Take care of school property and help keep the campus clean and tidy.
- Dispose of waste papers, wrappers, and other litter only in the dustbins.
- Reach the classroom immediately after the warning bell or when recess is over.
- Participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain a sportsman spirit at all times and practice fairness in games and competitions.
- Follow safety rules in laboratories, playgrounds, buses, and school premises.
- Uphold the dignity and reputation of the school at all times.
B. STUDENTS MUST NOT:
- Indulge in any form of bullying, ragging, or harassment.
- Use abusive, offensive, or disrespectful language.
- Damage school property or belongings of others.
- Bring any prohibited items such as mobile phones (without prior permission), electronic gadgets, sharp objects, or any harmful or hazardous substances. Additionally, do not carry valuable items such as jewelry, costly materials, or excessive amounts of cash, as the organization will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- Engage in unfair means during examinations or academic activities.
- Leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission.
- Misbehave in school transport or create disturbance during classes.
- Wear accessories or items not prescribed in the school uniform guidelines.
- Litter the school campus or classrooms.
- Disobey school authorities or violate school rules.
Violation of school rules may lead to disciplinary action.
C. REQUEST TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS
- Ensure that your ward attends school regularly and punctually.
- Check and sign the school diary daily.
- Inform the school in writing in case of absence.
- Ensure that your child comes to school in proper uniform.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly.
- Do not send your child to school if he/she is unwell.
- Encourage your child to complete homework and assignments sincerely.
- Communicate respectfully with teachers and school authorities regarding any concerns.
- Update the school regarding any change in address or contact details.
- Support the school in maintaining discipline and moral values.
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
Admission:
- Admission is granted based on seat availability and completion of required formalities.
- Parents must submit all necessary documents including birth certificate, previous school records, transfer certificate (if applicable), passport-size photographs, and other required forms.
- Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees.
Withdrawal:
- A written application from parents/guardians is required for withdrawal.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued after clearance of all dues and return of school property.
- No Transfer Certificate will be issued during an ongoing academic session unless justified.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES
- School fees must be paid on or before the due date specified by the school.
- Fees can be paid through the prescribed mode (online/offline/bank transfer as notified by the school).
- Late payment may attract a late fine as per school rules.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Students with outstanding dues may not be allowed to appear for examinations.
- Parents are advised to keep the fee receipt safely for future reference.
- Any change in fee structure will be communicated officially by the school authorities.
