You may be aware that the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal is supposed to come to Burdwan Town tomorrow i.e. on 26^th August 2025 (Tuesday). Therefore, as per our previous experiences, for the said reason there might be lots of traffic congestion & restriction in Burdwan town and surroundings.

In these circumstances, to avoid any inconveniences, the School Management has decided to suspend the academic & non academic classes from Play Group to class XII on 26^th August 2025 (Tuesday).

It is also to be noted that as school Term-I & Half-Yearly examinations commence from 27^th August 2025, so this day (26^th August 2025) may be treated as a Study leave.

Day- Boarding will follow a special schedule i.e. from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM tomorrow i.e. on 26^th August 2025.

It has been observed that some of the Parents/guardians are calling unusually to our concerned office numbers. Therefore, the Management has resolved some issues which are as follows:

1. School Front Office will be closed at 4:30 P.M. on all working days. This is inclusive of Boarding & Day-Boarding students as well.

2. The receiving of Fees will be closed by 5:00 P.M. on all working days.

3. The usual operations of school Offices will remain suspended from 1:25 P.M to 2:15 P.M. due to Lunch session on all working days. Kindly avoid this time duration to meet the office executives.

4. The Parents/guardians may meet the concerned Class Teacher of their ward/wards on WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY of each week except any holiday from 1:20 – 2:20 pm. In such circumstance, you are requested to reach the school by 1:15 pm positively. Only in case of any emergency, you may meet the concerned teacher with prior appointment on any working days.

5. Receiving of phone calls will be entertained up to 4:30 p.m. for normal school students. The parent/ guardians of the  Day-Boarding students may call to the concerned school office number till 6:00 p.m. Only in case of any emergency, they may call to this number - 7407400505. However, no phone call will be entertained after 7:00 p.m. on all working days.

This decision will come into immediate effect from 19-08-2025.

• Important Notes

   On 14^th August School will follow its normal timings only for the participants of Inspire’25(Demonstrators & Volunteers). For rest of the students, School will remain suspended. Day- Boarding will follow its normal schedule on 14^th August.

On 16^th & 17^th August the students from Playgroup to Class V (Non-Participants of Inspire’25) will come and disperse with their parents. Transport will be provided to all the participants who avail it.  

• Day Boarding will remain closed from 15th to 18th August 2025 due to the Annual Exhibition and Independence Day celebrations.
• The school will remain closed on Monday, 18th August 2025.
