This is further to bring to your kind notice that as per the holiday list mentioned in the school diary where the school was supposed to reopen on 17th November’23 after the Diwali vacation. But it has been decided that school along with the Boarding & Day Boarding will reopen on 21^st November’23 (Tuesday) after the Diwali Vacation, Bhai Dooj, Chhat Puja & teachers’ orientation programme.

It is also to be notified that as per our tradition school follows its winter timings after Dewali vacation. Therefore, the winter timing which is mentioned hereunder will start from 21^st November, 2023 and continue up to the end of this academic session i.e., 2023-2024.

** Saturday timing will be 8.20 AM to 12.55 PM for classes I – XII.

** Day-Boarding timings will be from 8.20 AM to 6.00 PM.

You may be aware that the Puja Vacation of the school will commence from 19th October, 2023. Therefore, the management has decided to organize some amusing programmes for the students on 18^th October, 2023 (Wednesday).

Talking Puppet Show and Magic Show for classes PLAY-GROUP to Class-VII, Inter Class Kho-Kho & Cricket competition for Classes VIII to XII. Refreshment will be provided to all the students, though they may carry their home tiffin.

The dispersal timing for the whole school i.e., PLAYGROUP to XII will be at 12.00 noon.

**DAY-BOARDING will follow its normal schedule i.e., 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

Dear Students,

It has come to our attention that there is a recurring issue of students arriving past school, inflicting disruptions to both the faculty's habitual and their personal educational progress. To deal with this count number and make sure a conducive studying environment for absolutely everyone, we are enforcing a brand-new policy concerning punctuality.

Effective Date: Starting from the following day, October 14, 2023, all students are required to reach the faculty on time. The school gates will be opened right away at 8.00 a.m., and any students arriving after this time will now not be allowed to go into the school premises. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following this rule.

Late Arrival Procedure:

Immediate Return: If a pupil arrives after 8:00 AM, they will be requested to go back domestically right now.

Guardian Presence: If a student is followed via their father or mother, they may be dispatched back home with their father or mother. It is the responsibility of the mom or dad to ensure the student's well-timed arrival inside the destiny.

Unaccompanied Students: If a pupil arrives past due without a mom or dad, the school will tell the scholar's mother and father or guardians approximately the situation. Parents or guardians are predicted to return to the school and accumulate their children.

Guardians Responsibility:

We kindly request that all mothers, fathers, and guardians make certain that their child arrives at the faculty on time. If your baby is dispatched lower back domestically due to an overdue arrival, please take advantage of this possibility to enhance the importance of punctuality. On the occasion that your child is sent home without a mom or dad, it's your responsibility to promptly collect your toddler from the faculty. The school will now not take any obligation for the child once they are sent back home.

You may be aware that during the TERM-I, MID TERM & HALF YEARLY Examination time a common disease viral fever has hugely spread out resulting in lots of students not appear for the examination. Therefore, the management has decided to reorganize the said examination for those students.

In this regard, the distribution of Progress Report Card of  Term- I & Half-Yearly Examination has been rescheduled on 10th October' 23 instead of  4th October’23.

It is also to be informed that on 26^th September, 2023 (Tuesday) the school will follow its examinations special time schedule i.e., 8.00 AM to 12.00 noon due to conducting the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) English examination for those candidates who have already registered their names for the said examination.

The school will follow its normal time schedule i.e., 8.00 AM to 11.45 AM for PLAY-GROUP to KINDERGARTEN and 8.00 AM to 1.15 PM for Class –I to Class-XII on and from 29^th September, 2023 (Friday) after the holiday for Fateha-e-Yazdaham on 28^th September, 2023(Already mentioned in school diary).

Concerned guardians are requested to come to school for submitting the above mentioned amount. At the same time you need to check the data of your ward minutely & properly and put your valuable signature on it within the office hours i.e. 02:30 p.m. to 4: 30 p.m. on 27^th or 29^th September’ 23 positively. If any mistake is found after checking your ward’s data and putting your signature on registration, the school will not be liable for the same.

This is also to be noted that the school is not responsible for non-submission of the registration (in case the formalities are not fulfilled by you) of your ward within the said time schedule.

• The registration form already distributed to the students must be filled up and submitted within 23^rd September’23 to the school front office for further procedure. Those who have already submitted the filled up registration form, please ignore this point.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform to all of you that as per the “Bengali Panjika” the Holy Biswakarma Puja celebration is scheduled on 18^th of September, 2023 (Monday). As most of you may be aware that due to this festival most of the cab/ bus drivers are not available on the very next day of the Puja.

Therefore, the school along with the Day-Boarding session will remain closed on 18^th and 19^th September, 2023.

It is also to be intimated that the Term-I examination of class V – VIII and the half yearly examination of class XI & XII has been rescheduled from 19^th september,2023 to 27^th September,2023.

In this regard, the normal classes of III,IV, IX & X have been suspended on 27^th September,2023.Rest of the classes i.e., Play-Group to Class-II will follow the examinations time schedule i.e., from 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM.

এতদ্বারা আপনাদের সকলকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে "বাঙালি পঞ্জিকা" অনুসারে পবিত্র বিশ্বকর্মা পূজা আগামী ১৮ ই সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৩ (সোমবার) উদযাপিত হবে। বলা বাহুল্য আপনারা অনেকেই হয়তো অবগত আছেন যে উক্ত উৎসবের কারণে বেশিরভাগ বাস / ক্যাব চালক পুজোর পরের দিন ও অনুপস্থিত থাকে, সেকারণে প্রতিবৎসরের মতো এই বৎসর ও দুদিন অর্থাৎ ১৮ এবং ১৯ শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৩ সম্পূর্ণ স্কুল সহ ডে - বোর্ডিং বন্ধ থাকবে।

পুনরায় আপনাদের জানানো হচ্ছে যে পঞ্চম হইতে অষ্টম শ্রেণীর টার্ম-I পরীক্ষা এবং একাদশ ও দ্বাদশ শ্রেণীর অর্ধবার্ষিকী পরীক্ষা ১৯ শে সেপ্টেম্বর এর পরিবর্তে ২৭ শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৩ তারিখে পুণঃনির্ধারিত করা হয়েছে।

সুতরাং উক্ত কারণে ২৭ শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৩ তারিখে তৃতীয়, চতুর্থ, নবম ও দশম শ্রেণীর সকল সাধারণ ক্লাস বাতিল করা হয়েছে। বাকী ক্লাসগুলি অর্থৎ প্লেগ্রুপ থেকে দ্বিতীয় শ্রেণী পর্যন্ত স্কুলের পরীক্ষার সময়সূচী অনুসরণ করে যথাযথ ভাবে চলবে। (সকাল ৮.০০ টা থেকে ১২.০০ টা )

Therefore, if your ward is suffering from this, kindly avoid sending her/him to the school at least for first four days for the sake of the others.

This is also to be conveyed that you should not be worried about the ongoing examination. It will be scheduled for your ward in a convenient time. You need to submit medical documents/prescription for the rescheduling of that/those examinations.
