Madam/ Sir

As you all may be aware that the school is supposed to reopen on 5^th June 2023 after the summer vacation. In this regard, we would like to inform you that as per the announcement of the state government we are extending the summer vacation till 11^th June 2023 accordingly.

Therefore, the school will reopen on 12^th June 2023(Monday), with its normal timing i.e. – 8:00 A.M to 11:45 A.M for Play-Group(PG) to Kindergarten(KG) & 8:00 A.M to 1:15 P.M  for Class I to Class XII.

Day Boarding will continue as usual with the special timing i.e. 9:30 A.M to 6:00 P.M till 10^th June 2023. From 12^th June 2023 Day Boarding will follow its normal schedule from 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M.

Dear all concerned parent/guardians,

This is to notify all of you that the School Management has been compelled to revise the late fees structure which is mentioned hereunder: -

• 1^st to 15^th day of each month                                                      = Nil

It is also to keep in your kind knowledge that as per our observation very few guardians are not paying the fees within stipulated time rather it has become their regular practice. You may be well aware of the fact that our school is running under the category of self-financing Institution. Therefore, the payments received from the guardians are being disbursed to the concerned members of staff and carrying out other regular expenses.

Hence, all of you are hereby requested to deposit the respective fees of your ward(s) within the scheduled time i.e. within 15^th day of every consecutive month.

We regret to convey this notice whereas collecting late fees is not desirable.

As you may be aware that school had to be closed as per the Govt. notification due to extreme heat waves for four days. In this regard, the management has decided to fulfil the lacking hours in academics as much as possible.

You may also be aware that the school usually remains closed on 4^th & 5^th Saturdays of every consecutive month. Therefore, the coming 5^th Saturday of this month i.e., 29-04-2023 the whole school (Playgroup to Class-XII) will remain open with a special timing i.e., from 8.00 AM to 12.00 Noon for all the classes.

On that day Monday’s (17-04-2023) routine up to 5^th period will be followed.

Day-Boarding will follow its normal schedule i.e., 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

This is to notify all concerned parents/guardians of classes PG to XII of the school that due to extreme hot weather condition in the State, the Honorable Chief Minister, Government of West Bengal has announced that all the Academic Institutions both Government and Private are to be kept closed during the next week.

Hence, the management of the school has decided to abide by the instruction of the State Government and accordingly the school will remain closed on and from 17-04-2023(Monday) to 22-04-2023(Saturday).

It is also to be intimated that as per the management decision the Boarding and Day- Boarding session will follow its’ normal schedule i;e from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
