This is to inform all concerned students and parents that the List of Candidates (LOC) submission for the Supplementary Examinations – 2026 will commence from 30.06.2026 (Tuesday) through online mode only. Supplementary examinations will be conducted on 28.07.2026.

The LOC submission is applicable for:

A. Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2026 through schools affiliated to the Board and declared as COMPARTMENT are eligible to apply only in one subject in which they are placed in the Compartment.

B. Regular students who appeared in Board's Examinations 2026 through schools affiliated to the Board with 6 subjects and placed in COMPARTMENT in two subjects are eligible to apply in any one of the two subjects in which placed in the Compartment.

C. Regular students who appeared in 6 subjects in Board's Examinations 2026 and declared PASS but could not clear one subject, can appear in the failed subject under the Improvement of the Performance category only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted.

D. Regular students who appeared in the Board's Examinations 2026 and declared PASS can appear in any one subject under the Improvement of the Performance category only in the subjects whose examinations will be conducted.

1. COMPARTMENT EXAMINATION

1. Submit a written application addressed to the Principal, BMS.
2. Pay the prescribed CBSE fee Rs.320/- at the schools cash section.
3. Submission Time : 9.30 AM - 4.30 PM

2. IMPROVEMENT OF PERFORMANCE EXAMINATION

1. Submit a written application addressed to the Principal, BMS.
2. Pay the prescribed CBSE fee Rs.320/- at the schools cash section. 
3. Submission Time : 9.30 AM - 4.30 PM

Last Date for Submission of application with fees: 4^th July, 2026 (Saturday)

This is to notify all concerned parents/guardians that, as per the notification issued by the Government of West Bengal, 6^th July, 2026 (Monday) has been declared a public holiday throughout the State of West Bengal on the occasion of the 125^th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.

Accordingly, the school, including the Day-Boarding Section, will remain closed on that day.

Parents and students are further informed that the UNIT-I Examination for Classes XI & XII, which was scheduled to be held on 6^th July, 2026 (Monday), has been rescheduled to 8^th July, 2026 (Wednesday). The examination will be conducted as per the existing timetable and timings unless otherwise notified.

Parents/guardians are requested to take note of the above and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

Kindly note that the CBSE Admit Card must be produced at the time of collecting the Certificate-cum-Mark Statement. Submission of the admit card is mandatory for verification purposes.

অতএব, যেসব অভিভাবক/অভিভাবিকা অনলাইন পদ্ধতিতে বিদ্যালয়ের ফি প্রদান করতে ইচ্ছুক, তাঁদের শুধুমাত্র বিদ্যালয়ের অফিসিয়াল School App-এর মাধ্যমে ফি জমা দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

বিকল্পভাবে, বিদ্যালয়ের নির্ধারিত কার্যদিবস ও সময়ে School Cash Section-এ নগদ অর্থেও ফি জমা দেওয়া যেতে পারে।

• Extended Last Date: 25-05-2026 (Midnight)

Parents/Guardians whose wards wish to obtain scanned copies of their evaluated answer books are requested to complete the online application process through the official CBSE portal within the stipulated time.
