This year also the Management has organized for your procuring of the books, school bag, school copy, Uniform, Tie, Belt, House T-Shirt, Track-Pant, other stationeries are as follows:-

• Schedule for the distribution of books and other items:-

Purchasing books from the school is not mandatory. The booklist for the session 2023 – 2024 will be displayed at the school Front Office on and from 28^th March’23 onwards. On purchasing of the books, a discount @12.5% has been approved on the MRP. For the procurement of NCERT books, an amount at the rate of 15% will be added towards the logistic expenses. (Procurement of those items is subject to availability).

• Schedule of the School and Day-Boarding:-

The new academic session 2023-2024 will begin from 5^th April, 2023 (Wednesday) and the time schedule of the school will remain same as per the previous years i.e. from 8.00 am to 1.15 pm (for summer season).

The Day-Boarding session will also begin from 5^th April, 2023 (Wednesday) from 8.00 am - 6.00 pm (for summer season).

Dear concerned Parents/ guardians of the above mentioned classes are hereby intimated that the Term – II Examination from KG – VIII and Session Ending Examinations for Class IX & XI have been scheduled from 22-02-2023 (Wednesday).
During Examination days school will follow a special timing i.e., from 8.20 AM to 12.15 PM.
Non-Examination days would be treated as "Study Leave".
Day Boarding will follow its normal schedule.
All the Parents/Guardians are hereby requested to clear all the dues towards school fees for the session 2022-2023 i.e., from 1st April,2022 to 31st March,2023 within 9th Feb,2023 (Thursday).

This is to bring to your kind knowledge that as per the instruction of the Board (Central Board of Secondary Education), an online examination namely SAFAL PILOT PROJECT will be conducted for Classes V & VIII. This online examination has been organized as a pilot project towards the National Education Policy 2020, Ministry of Education, Govt of India.

This is also to be noted that the aforesaid examination will be conducted within their regular course curriculum and the specific syllabus is quite unknown to us. Therefore, it is advised to all of you not to be worried about the aforesaid examination.

It is observed during morning assembly that most of the students are not following the proper dress code in following aspects: -

• The colour of the School uniform is different from our specification.
• Lack of proper pressing & maintaining proper size of the uniform.
• Wearing torn and unpolished shoes.
• Health & hygiene is not being maintained by cutting nails, proper haircut and neatness.

As you know that maintaining proper School uniform is an important protocol.

In this regard, the School authority is going to take strict disciplinary steps against such students on and from 24^th January’23 (Tuesday).

Therefore, the parents/guardians are requested to strictly follow the above mentioned points.

You may be aware that our “ANNUAL SPORTS MEET - 2023” is going to be conducted on two days i.e. on 20th January'23(Friday) for classes Play-Group (PG) to class V and on 21st January’23 (Saturday) for class VI to XII.

Therefore, you are requested to follow the points given hereunder: -

• All the School Academic activities for both the days will remain suspended for Classes Play-group to Class-XII.
• On 20^th January’23 (Friday) Day-Boarding will remain suspended for the classes VI – XII. (M.R. Vaccination programme will be held for Class VI – X).
• On 20^th January’23 (Friday) for the Classes Play-group to Class-V Day-Boarding will follow its normal schedule.
• On 21^st January’23 (Saturday) Day-Boarding will follow its normal schedule for Play-Group to Class-XII.

• Refreshment will be provided to all the students. However, students may also carry home tiffin with them.
• There will be few sports events for the willing guardians on both the days.
