Dear Parents/Guardians,

We delightfully bring to your kind notice that the Annual Cultural Programme MESMERIZE-2019 is going to be celebrated according to its schedule.

The Programme schedules are as follows: -

1. On 23^rd Nov,2019(Saturday), the participants of Playgroup to Class V must arrive at the school at 11.00 a.m. (Transport will be provided to Participants and Non-Participants, who would avail it)
2. Tiffin will be provided to every Participant, Volunteers and Non-Participant who will come at 11.00 a.m. Students also may bring additional tiffin from their home.
3. Students who are not participating can come in informal dress

Students’ Schedule for 23^rd Nov 2019(Saturday)

Class Playgroup to Class KG:               11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Class I, and II:                                     11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Class III, IV and Class V:                      11.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

** Respective guardians are requested to bring their Parents’ Card to collect their wards    

      only after the completion of the programme of the concerned students.

4. All the buses will depart from the school only after the completion of the entire programme I.e., about 9.30 p.m.

Guardians are requested to enjoy the rest of the programme with their wards until completion of the programme, to encourage the other students.

5.  School & Day-Boarding will remain close on 25^th Nov,2019(Monday).
6. School will not be responsible for any Non-Participant, who will enter the school premises after 11.30 a.m.

          You are requested to concern the following points:

• All Participants must carry their Identity Card on both 23^rd and 24^th Nov,2019.
• Non Participants must wear their Identity Card on both 23^rd and 24^th Nov,2019.
• Those students who will report in the school within 11.30 a.m. will only be entitled to sit inside the Students’ Zone.

Dear Madam/ Sir,

With due respect this is an appeal to all concerned parents / guardians of Burdwan Model School that due to the forthcoming Sharod Utsav and Muharram Festival during this month of September, like previous years, this year also we have decided to give the salary in advance to all the concerned staff members of the school within 22nd September, 2017, as the puja vacation of the school will start from 23rd September, 2017.

In this regard, you all are requested to deposit the school fees for October in advance within 18th of this month to enable us to disburse the salary to all of our staff members.
