We are pleased to announce that the Annual Excursion for the students of Classes II to IV has been organized on Sunday, 16^th November 2025. The participating students will be taken to explore the spectacular places of Bolpur, Shantiniketan.

Departure: The students will arrive to the school as per their normal summer timing i.e. 8:00 AM. We will start for the destination at 8:15 A.M. from school premises.

 Return: The expected arrival timing is 7.30 PM.

Tiffin, lunch and refreshment will be provided to the participating students.

It has been decided that the students will be picked up and dropped off at some specific points. It will not match with the regular Bus/Cab stop of the regular school transport. Therefore, you are requested to co-operate with the management. The detail of such points along with the timings will be conveyed accordingly through Text Message / App. Notification.

A sufficient number of teaching and non-teaching staff will accompany the students to ensure their safety and supervision. In light of this, and as an integral component of the academic curriculum, we urge you to grant your ward the opportunity to benefit from this valuable and enriching experience!

In this regard, you are requested to come to school for submitting the above mentioned amount. At the same time, you need to check the data of your ward minutely & properly and put your valuable signature on it within 02:00 p.m. to 5: 00 p.m. on 11^th October’ 25 (Saturday) or within 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 12^th October’ 25 (Sunday) positively. If any mistake is found after checking your ward’s data and putting your signature on registration, the school will not be liable for the same.

This is also to be noted that the school is not responsible for non-submission of the registration (in case the formalities are not fulfilled by you) of your ward within the said time schedule.
