NOTICE REGARDING ONLINE CLASS

Dear Parents/Guardians,

With reference to our earlier notice issued on 28^th April,2022 this is to intimate that the School Management has decided to introduce online classes via Skype App as earlier from PLAY GROUP to Class X & XII which will be commenced on and from 5^th May,2022 onwards till issuing any further notice. Kindly ensure that your ward is going to join the classes from your residence.

The decision has been taken due to the extreme hot weather condition and to continue uninterrupted Academic curriculum. The routine for the online classes will be displayed in our school website.

This is also to be intimated that those students who have not enrolled in the school Skype Group should send a message as ‘Hi’ mentioning her/his Name, Class & Section to the SKYPE ID to join the regular online classes from 5^th May,2022.

In case any of the student facing any technical problem please feel free to contact the school.

Steps for joining online classes through Skype App:

Download the Skype App in your device -> Install it -> Create Account with the name of your ward -> Search Specific Class (Eg.- BMS-CLASS I for Class – I) -> Send ‘Hi’ along with her/his Name, Class & Section to the SKYPE ID.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
As per the notification of the School Education Department Govt. of West Bengal, regarding the advance Summer Vacation of schools, our management has also decided to follow the same notification as per the Schedule i.e, from 2nd May, 2022 till our further notification.
This is also to be intimated that after completion of the celebration for the Holy festival of “Eid al-Fitr”, the school may start the online classes like the pandemic period to carry on its Academic curriculum uninterruptedly which will be conveyed later on through our further notification in the website.

Dear all concerned parent/guardians of the School,

This is to notify that the School Management has been compelled to revise the late fees structure from the session 2022-2023 which is mentioned hereunder:-

Date of fees deposit                                                              Late fee amount

• 1^st to 15^th day of each month                                                                                           = Nil
• From the 16th day onwards up to the end of the month                                                  = Rs.30
• From Next month (2nd)                                                                                                    = Rs.30 + Rs.100
• From Third month                                                                                                             = Rs.30 + 100 + 100
• From fourth month onwards                                                                                             =Rs.230+200/-.....(per month)

It is to keep into your kind knowledge that as per our observation few numbers of guardians are not paying their monthly fees within the stipulated time, which has become their regular practice. You may be aware of the fact that our school is running under the category of self-financing Institution. Therefore, the monthly fees should be received from the guardians in time to enable us to disburse the salary of the members of staff and other regular expenses as well.

Hence, all of you are hereby requested to deposit the monthly fees of your ward(s) within the scheduled time i.e. within 15^th day of every consecutive month.

We regret to convey this notice whereas collecting late fees is not desirable to us.

N O T I C E

For the parents / guardians of the students of age group between 12 to 14 years

Dear Madam/ Sir,

We are glad to inform you that the Second dose vaccination camp for COVID – 19 will be organized in our school on 26^th April, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. for the above mentioned age group (between 12 to 14 years). The vaccination camp will be conducted by the Block Medical Officer of Health. In this regard, the School Management has decided to suspend all the school along with day-boarding Classes from VI – VIII.

Hence concerned guardians are requested to accompany their ward for availing this vaccination camp by their own transport arrangement. Therefore, parents/ guardians are requested to carry cellphone, aadhar card/ birth certificate of the student.

Attending the vaccination camp is not mandatory.

The vaccination process is organized by the Govt. authority; therefore in any case if any discrepancy takes place, the school will not remain responsible for such kind of unprecedented occasion.

SPECIAL NOTICE

FOR

Pariksha Pe Charcha

Dear Madam/Sir,

We are glad to inform you that like every year, this year also our Hon'ble Prime Minister has given his kind consent to interact on “Pariksha Pe Charcha” through virtual mode. This interactive session will be commenced on the day of 1^st April, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with the students of classes IX - XII under CBSE Board. The programme will be broadcasted (live) by the ‘Doordarshan’ through DD National, DD News and DD India, Live web streaming on websites of PMO, Ministry of Education (MoE), and Youtube channel of MoE, Facebook Live and Swayaprabha channels of MoE.

Therefore, as per the direction of the Board (CBSE), kindly encourage your ward to watch the programme where the Hon'ble Prime Minister will address the students before their Board Examination.

In this regard, the school is going to organize the necessary technical arrangements for the aforesaid programme to avail it, however those students will not be able to join the programme in the school, they should follow the programme through their own devices at their respective residence.

Kindly ensure that your ward is attending the aforesaid programme.
