The places of Excursion are within the Burdwan town surroundings. Every student will be provided tiffin and lunch during the excursion. Students’ timing will be from 8.20 A.M. to 3.30 P.M.

In this regards, we suggest your good self to allow your ward for their amusement, though participation to the excursion is not mandatory.

Normal academic classes from Play Group to Class I will remain suspended on that day.

You are also requested to fill up the below mentioned perforated form (CONSENT FOR EXCURSION) and submit the same along with an amount of Rs: - 450/- to the school cash section within 27^th November, 2024 (Wednesday).

It is regretfully informed that the Educational Excursion of the above mentioned classes, which has been scheduled on 15^th & 16th November' 24, is being cancelled due to the enrollment of less number of students.

Therefore, the Educational Excursion of those Classes (IX to XII) for the Session-2024-25 will not be conducted anymore. School will follow its normal winter timing on 16^th November, 2024.

All the concerned parents/ guardians of Playgroup to XII are hereby intimated that on 14^th November, 2024 (Thursday), we are going to celebrate the Children’s Day. It is also to be informed that like previous years, this year also we have organized a fancy-dress show for classes Play-Group to Kindergarten.

The theme of the show should be represented through the various characters of our society and for the same the kids should follow their make-up and dresses accordingly. (Play-Group to Kindergarten only).

Students may come in colourful and ethnic dress.

Magic show and cultural programmes also will be conducted.

Refreshment (tiffin) will be provided to all the students and they may also bring their additional tiffin from home.

School will follow its normal winter timing i.e,

Play-Group to Kindergarten: 8.20 AM – 12.00 noon

Class – I to Class-XII: 8.20 AM – 1.35 PM
